How do I say I love You?
66This is yearning of a lover who pines for his love so elusive and oh! so distant. Alas! few souls are never destined to meet in person.
(...Are you listening, my friend, my love, my... )
...............................................................................
Separated by seven seas and five lands,
A few mountains and many lakes too,
How do I say I love You?
From photos you smile at me
Your laughter gives the clue,
How do I say I love You?
Is it necessary to hold your hands?
Can't I hold you in memory, a minute or two,
How do I say I love You?
Is it necessary to feel the body and touch,
Couldn't we be related by soul, for new,
How do I say I love You?
First I wished to write the words,
But, you believe in the words, audible
But, are the words important or meanings thereof,
Meanings I have, but words I lack
Is it O.K., or should I choose a new hue,
How do I say I love You?
Then, I thought to write it dipped in my blood,
But postponed it for some thoughts that flew,
Won't like to soak your hands in blood,
Or, let you be caught red-handed,
For you have strings attached elsewhere too,
How do I say I love You?
Old is the want, expressions are new,
You my love, are fresh as dew
You are the mystery, I never knew,
You are the puzzle, sans the clue,
I am torn apart my love, can you sew?
How do I say I love You?
..............................................................
Separated by seven seas and five lands,
A few mountains and many lakes too,
How do I say I love You?

And this is one of the major dangers of cyberspace - we do fall in love with people who manage to pluck our sensitive love strings. Our brain release the chemicals triggered by our senses. In Cyber all our senses are not active, and we also cannot be litterally affekcted by the off-line actions of the other person. As in real life we don't really fall in love with the person, but with our own idea of love, our own secret longings and idea of what love could/should be like. We ignite many fires in each other. We love those who manage to pull our love out of us and make us feel good.
The fire of love burns in us. In Cyber nothing can kill it. It can destroy us if we don't control it with rational thoughts.
Meeting the person in real life immediately put us on a different level. Then we can love more (or less) as more of our senses are involved.
Makusr, I am in cyber since 1 Jan 2OO9. I have fallen in love 3 times. 1 - ended in reality in anger and disappointment, 2 ended in reality in happyness and sadness because no future together could be created and 3 ended painfully against the hard 4 walls of cyber we could not break through.
Love can make us sick and even crazy if we can not put it into action daily.
And so I've discovered another strength in human nature - we can control love - the fires in us. We can keep it smouldering or allow it to burn until we 'die' of pain because we cannot practice it.
Sadly each and everyone has to discover his own strengths.
This is a beautiful heartfelt poem voted up and awesome.
Oh, Makusr, forgive me! I've done above much-too-long comment via my mobile and did not even check my spelling. Please feel free to delete - I will then replace it with a shorter comment.
And I must say, the one who is loved like this by you, should feel honored.
Makusr, there are indeed a lot of positiveness in this kind of love - in any kind of love. It triggers the brain to release the most wonderful chemical, dopamine - So enjoy every moment as long as it last - the body quickly get used to it, then we don't feel it anymore. Without any expectations, by simply controlling and enjoying, you will benefit all the way.
I love to be in love. But I hate falling out of love, whether forced or by free will.
That's really lovely stuff...thumbs up!!!
oh, you can love me anyway you want to...a heartfelt poem Makusr...great to tickle us again with you undying devotion...
